Account information: Name, email address, company name, trade, and team size when you sign up.
Business data: KPIs, revenue figures, technician performance data, and other operational metrics you import via CSV or connect via integrations (Jobber, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, etc.).
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and device/browser information collected automatically.

Data is stored on encrypted servers hosted in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not store payment card details — all billing is handled by Stripe.
When you connect third-party tools (Jobber, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, etc.), we access only the data scopes required to power your dashboards. We do not store OAuth tokens unencrypted and do not share your connected data with other customers.
