By accessing or using ServiceGauge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ServiceGauge is a business intelligence and operational health platform for home service businesses. We provide dashboards, health scoring, AI diagnosis, technician scorecards, financial analytics, and related tools.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to your selected plan features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial period, your account will pause unless you select a paid plan. All data is preserved during a 30-day grace period.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection. Annual plans are billed upfront. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — there are no refunds for partial periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You retain ownership of all data you import or connect to ServiceGauge. We process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service; (b) use the Service to harm, deceive, or defraud others; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; (d) use the Service in violation of applicable laws.
ServiceGauge provides business intelligence tools to inform decisions — we are not responsible for business decisions made based on data or recommendations provided by the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
